Reginald Neal was a painter, printmaker and teacher. He worked as an assistant to lithographer Lawrence Barrett at the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center in 1941. His work has been exhibited nationally, including at the Art Institute of Chicago and Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.
