Kirkland Museum is Temporarily Closed
Kirkland Museum is temporarily closed to the public due to damage from a burst water valve during February’s polar vortex that froze much of Denver. Due to unforeseen construction delays, we anticipate reopening in late August, though a firm date is yet to be set.

Visitors Ages 13 and Up Welcome
Due to the fragile nature of the collections and the popular but vulnerable salon style in which they are displayed, Kirkland Museum limits all visitors during open hours and events to ages 13 and up. Visitors between the ages of 13 and 17 are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult.
Kirkland Museum is ADA Accessible
Two transport wheelchairs and one four-wheel walker are available to borrow on a first-come, first-served basis. Ask at the Welcome Desk.
